There are several variables that affect the price of decorating garments:

• The cost of the garment
• # of decorations per garment
• # of colors in the screen print
• #of stitches in the embroidery
• # of garments being decorated

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN GARMENTS TO BE DECORATED?

We generally do not have customers bring in their own garments.  We stand behind the quality of the garments we provide and can usually get any garment in-house within a couple of days.  We have access to a vast array of choices to meet all your needs.

WILL YOU DECORATE JUST ONE GARMENT?

In most situations, we have a minimum order of 12 pieces. We do have the capability of doing small runs, or even one garment, but of course the cost per garment will be higher and may include a less than minimum charge.

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Our online stores will also accept credit cards.

CAN GRAFFIC TRAFFIC SET UP AN ONLINE STORE FOR OUR ORGANIZATION?

Yes, we have online stores for all types of organizations, schools, churches, businesses, & special events.  All online store can be reached through our website or linked directly to your organization’s website or social media.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Normally no longer than 2 weeks from the time of final proof approval.  If you have an urgent situation, please contact us and we will try to help!

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF WHAT MY SHIRT WILL LOOK LIKE?

We will provide electronic mock-ups for approval when needed. We can also do a live sample of the decorated garment.  There will be a sample charge that can usually be applied to your final order.

WHAT KIND OF ART DO YOU PREFER?

We prefer vector-format Illustrator files with ALL FONTS CONVERTED TO OUTLINES OR PATHS. If the design is 1 color, a 300 dpi jpeg will work. Multi-color jpegs will require us to re-create the art, incurring a small art charge.  If electronic files are not available, a clean black and white version of the art is acceptable but will also incur a small art charge. WHAT ARE YOUR CREATIVE DESIGN/ART SERVICES CHARGES?

We charge $50.00 per hour for creative services.

DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIAL DISCOUNTS?
